Developer aims to build 180-unit apartment building near Bayonne light rail station

A developer is aiming to build a 180-unit apartment building near the 22nd Street Light Rail station by 2019. The building, which would be located on Avenue F between 23rd and 24th streets, would vary in height from four to six stories, said an attorney for N.Y.-based developer Parkview Realty Holdings.
